Meditation Weekend Retreats
14th - 15th June | 12th - 13th July

Meditation Weekends are a special opportunity to retreat from your usual routine, and discover basic meditation techniques to help cultivate a peaceful mind. There will be time and space to turn inward and deepen your experience of peace and tranquility. The weekend will consist of teachings and guided meditations. There will also be ample time to relax, enjoy the surroundings and spend time with others.
