Introductory talks consist of Buddha’s life story, an explanation of Buddhist principles, a short guided breathing meditation and a question and answers session.

Sessions last between 45 minutes and 1 hour. The fee is £15.00 per hour (1 hour minimum) plus travel expenses at 20p per mile.
