General Programme: Introductory Meditation Classest
GP classes are 'drop-in' meditation classes, ideal for people with busy lives. You don't need to sign up - just turn up at your chosen venue on the day that best suits you.

These weekly classes are a perfect introduction to Buddhist thought and meditation. The methods taught in these sessions can be practiced by anyone; you do not need to be Buddhist to attend. The practices you will learn help to reduce anxiety and stress enabling you to develop a positive outlook and deep sense of wellbeing in your daily life.

Classes are self contained so drop in when it suits you
All classes 7.30pm - 9.00pm
Each class consists of guided meditations, teaching and discussion followed by refreshments
No previous experience is necessary
